But when I got to the Silverdale Store, DJ redirected me to customer care because it’s still under warranty(!)
So we’ll get a fresh repair and spend less than a new mattress! How great is that.

“A great stop in this morning! The owner was very friendly and helpful and it was fun to talk with him about Turkish food while we browsed the selection. Wish we’d had more time to look through the gorgeous rugs but we were hurrying to catch the ferry. We bought several of the beautiful towels (which make great wraps!).”
“A gem of a plant shop! The person who runs the plans is incredibly knowledgeable and great to talk to. Air plants, hydroponic, and a couple others are available along with pretty propagation stations. The plans are well-priced and there's a unique selection hard to find in other places - I think their insta is mad.propzI bought some plants and a very pretty painted map of the Puget sound region. They also had a candle collection that had very specific and great scents that you couldn't find on Amazon (I tried!)Couldn't recommend this place enough!”

“We bought a washer and dryer from Lowe's. They were delivered last Friday(5/2/25) in the afternoon. It's Monday 5/5/25 in the morning.
They have a 48 hr return policy which I didn't realize counted the weekends.
I just left the store extremely disappointed they will not let me even exchange them for a more expensive set. The agitator in the machine makes it impossible to even fit a blanket in there!
They said there are no exceptions..
Awful company to deal with!!
Their policy is completely unsatisfactory!
I will never purchase Anything from them again! Beware...
It's not going to work out because of the huge agitator.
UPDATE!! They did the right thing after all!
The store emailed the next day and gave me the option to exchange the unsatisfactory set for a new one!
Even though it was a process it ended up fine.

“Sell chicks, I've gotten all my chickens from here, very good pricing and selection. The value of theme is worth it. Healthy chicks. The service is really nice. All greet us with smiles and starts conversations. Asks questions that are necessary for chicken keeping which I find that they are doing what is right for their chickens. I've gotten shaving and food and probiotics for our chickens from here. Again nice pricing. No complaints. Always and will be continuing to buy our chicks and chicken stuff from here.”
