“Our salesperson, Maggie, at the Silverdale WA store, was helpful in showing me all the options available for what I was looking for. Although I eventually decided on a piece at a high price than the one I initially wanted to look at, she never tried to pressure me into anything. She was pleasant and professional and knowledgeable about the La-Z-Boy products.”
“I’ve been shopping at this Hobby Lobby for a while now, and it’s honestly one of my favorite craft stores in the area. They have a huge selection of supplies, home decor, seasonal items, and project materials, and I can usually find exactly what I’m looking for.
Recently they’ve been getting shopped pretty heavily, so some sections aren’t always fully stocked, but that’s more of a sign that the store is popular than anything else. Even when a few shelves are picked over, there’s still plenty to choose from, and I almost always find what I need. The store is generally clean, organized, and the staff does a great job keeping up with how busy it gets.
The employees have always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. On my most recent visit, one employee in particular stood out. There’s a guy who looks like he’s probably in his mid-20s, and he was genuinely one of the friendliest employees I’ve come across. He was helpful, funny, and had a goofy sense of humor that made my shopping trip a lot more enjoyable than I expected.
I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but I wanted to give credit where it’s due. Good customer service makes a difference, and it’s refreshing to see employees who seem to genuinely enjoy helping people. Also, if the cute, goofy employee happens to read this, just know you may have accidentally convinced me to spend way more time wandering the aisles than I originally planned.
Overall, great store, great selection, and great staff. I’ll definitely keep coming back.”

I just placed an online order to be picked up there by a friend traveling through later today and called into the store to ask about this order. But the sales person, Josh, did a great job of answering all our questions without a hard sales push that we actually bought a new bed. Josh also helped with setting up the interest free payment and offered great advice to get the most out of our new purchase.

“We bought a washer and dryer from Lowe's. They were delivered last Friday(5/2/25) in the afternoon. It's Monday 5/5/25 in the morning.
They have a 48 hr return policy which I didn't realize counted the weekends.
I just left the store extremely disappointed they will not let me even exchange them for a more expensive set. The agitator in the machine makes it impossible to even fit a blanket in there!
They said there are no exceptions..
Awful company to deal with!!

The store emailed the next day and gave me the option to exchange the unsatisfactory set for a new one!

“My husband and I ordered 2 candles from this company at a pop up they did at a lavender farm in Sequim. We had some issues with shipping but the company eventually got back to us and remedied the issue. The candles smell great.”
