By the time my husband finally reappeared, I'd fully redesigned our front yard in my head, twice, and made unsettling eye contact with Gerald at least four more times. As much as I wanted to buy, I walked away empty-handed. Gerald doesn't care. Gerald wins either way.

“I've been coming to this store for years. It's my favorite place to shop. People are great here, they always help me figure out what I need for all my crazy projects. I quit going for a while because I was boycotting. ICE agents were allowed to kidnap brown people in some of the Home Depot parking lots around the country. I was pleased to find out that they don't allow it in Silverdale, WA. I don't support human cruelty, so I'm ending my boycott!”
