The phlebotomist was extremely sweet and kind, the needle stock was nearly painless. I drove from Port Angeles without an appointment, the phone robot said I wouldn't need one. I was nervous because on arrival there was a handwritten sign saying appointment only, but I checked in and got my turn in line. Thank you so much!
