“Moved to the area somewhat recently and started using this location as it was much closer than the one I had used prior. My experience here has always been nothing but great! Granted I have only ever made appointments (never as a walk in), but my wait has never been long. At a prior location I had waited over 45 minutes despite having an appointment. Meanwhile, I have never waited even a few minutes past my appointment here before being called back. In fact, I am often called back, have my blood drawn, and am out the door prior to my appointment time. Very quick and efficient. Super lovely staff, very polite and professional!”
“The man who drew my blood today at about 1:20 PM (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name besides the fact that it started with an "R") made my experience so easy and painless. I get very nervous getting blood work done after a few bad experiences in the past, but he was so kind and gentle that I barely noticed what he was doing. He was very accommodating to my nerves and it was easily the best experience I've had having to get this kind of work done.”
