“The man who drew my blood today at about 1:20 PM (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name besides the fact that it started with an "R") made my experience so easy and painless. I get very nervous getting blood work done after a few bad experiences in the past, but he was so kind and gentle that I barely noticed what he was doing. He was very accommodating to my nerves and it was easily the best experience I've had having to get this kind of work done.”

“Had issues with Pulsbo location not being open during our appointment. We rushed over to the Silverdale location and Shannon who was working the front desk was awesome! She was able to get us seen shortly after we arrived and we were in and out in 20 min. She was also extremely nice and apologetic about the other locations issues.”

“Debra was absolutely amazing.. she was kind and patient and even worked through her lunch to get everyone in. Very quick and painless poke. I've had major medical issues over the last 5 years, and I have never had a needle poke hurt less! And she got it on the first try..I usually have to be poked 2-3 times!
For whoever runs this location, you NEED more employees. It's unfair to your current employees to be overworked like they are. One person scheduled for a Monday is unacceptable. This is why burnout is so prevalent in the medical field.
