Considering I have to pay by the mile that is a horrible business model. It doesn't make sense that a truck is available when I make the rental weeks in advance and the company can't manage the fleet well enough to provide a better customer experience.”
“Nothing wrong with the location, but uhaul's gas policies are robbery. I left the van with a sliver under 7/8 if a tank and was charged nearly $12 for fuel. I put $6 of gas in before returning. There's no way it needed $12 more gas.”

Diane, in particular, went above and beyond for us — always checking in, following up, and making sure everything was taken care of (even when my mom couldn’t quite get the storage unit locked correctly). She never made us feel like a bother and was so patient and proactive.
Every time we stopped by, the whole team was welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. It’s rare to find a business that combines great service with genuinely kind people, but Pacific Storage nails it.
