Location was great, but the U-haul overall was frustrating. My pick-up location was changed twice, the last time the night before, and each time further away. Considering I have to pay by the mile that is a horrible business model. It doesn't make sense that a truck is available when I make the rental weeks in advance and the company can't manage the fleet well enough to provide a better customer experience.

I couldn’t ask for better customer service. I was in a bind because Home Depot didn’t have any trucks available to rent so I could take my purchase home. U-Haul came through! The rental process was easy, the people at the location were very friendly, and the van was perfect!

Friendly, helpful staff directed me where to park my vehicle and efficiently went through the paperwork and instructions. Cold, frosty morning and the rear roll up door was stuck. Staff helped me find a lever (shovel) and that did the trick and I was on my way. 11 hours and 400 miles later I returned after hours and discovered on my bill that they waived the after hours fee, which I appreciated. Great place to rent a truck convenient Poulsbo location. Highly recommended!

They don’t honor check in on the app. They keep all the keys inside so you still have to wait in line and they make you redo everything inside. Make sure to take a picture of the mileage and gas gauge before you leave the parking lot and another photo when you return because they will lie about it.

Aww..treat with respect..as long as it goes your way..We just returned our truck to you folks today..we have never dealt with a company that requires u to only fill to half..but I know why now.You guys end up top..howcdo you know how much gas to.put in to bring it to half..WELL THAT BEING SAID..YOU GUYS MADE OUT TODAY.!!!!WELL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU NOR WILL WE EVER DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN..YOUR ATTITUDE WAS BASICALLY..DONT CARE ..TOO BAD..We do alot of events and always have used uhaul .Won't use you again.Poor customer service!B.V..

Pick up and drop off went smooth. Noticed a 2 gallon charge (8.92) to my invoice. Tank was returned at the level it was received as seen in the pictures below. Called and spoke to employee regarding charge and was not reimbursed.
