“I couldn't fully imagine or appreciate what a Resource Network meant before the Bainbridge Artisans came together here. This is a truly incredible community asset. I've participated in a number of the studios: electronics, woodworking, kitchen arts, metal machining, and foundry skills. There are really top notch people here. I encourage anyone with a creative itch to get hands on at BARN”
“A must see place on the island, very walkable with good paved trails, water fountain at the entrance and restrooms. The loop takes about 2 hours to complete but you can easily spend 4h there exploring the area. Take in mind that while bus can take you to the reserve from downtown easily, you might have trouble getting back because of the open construction zone. We ended up taking an uber to get back.”

“Kitsap Blues Festival over Labor Day weekend was great. Fantastic line up of artists, well organized from parking/camping to especially security and vendors. Seating was adequate for the size of crowds, and smiles were everywhere. Folks obviously enjoyed the experience.”

“I'm a Twin Peaks fan who lives 8000 km away from this beautiful place. How nice that my husband and I were allowed inside, I thank you a thousand times! I didn't know before that Kiana Lodge is a wedding palace. I'm even a little sad that I didn't celebrate my wedding here. But who knows, maybe I'll get married again someday, or my husband and I will renew our vows? One thing I know for sure, if my husband marries someone else here, the body of a woman will be found on the shore again...???”
