While the competitors hesitated to guarantee it ground and urged us to ship it freight for more than $700, Ed was confident in his ability to pack and ship it safely via ground. He was reassuring to an anxious customer, and even offered his card in case we had any problems when the item arrived. It was packed and shipped for even less than he quoted, $226!
