“I recently had a package delayed that contained a live animal — my daughter's tortoise — and the team at this FedEx center went above and beyond to ensure it reached us safely. They worked diligently from the moment they learned about the situation. Not only did they track the package closely, but they also secured special permissions to release it earlier than usual so the tortoise wouldn’t have to wait any longer in the closed box.
Throughout the process, the staff was empathetic, humane, and incredibly attentive.
Thanks to their efforts, my daughter’s tortoise arrived safe and healthy. The relief and happiness on her face when she saw the tortoise was okay meant everything.
