While the competitors hesitated to guarantee it ground and urged us to ship it freight for more than $700, Ed was confident in his ability to pack and ship it safely via ground. He was reassuring to an anxious customer, and even offered his card in case we had any problems when the item arrived. It was packed and shipped for even less than he quoted, $226! His confidence proved justified when it arrived safely and even one day early! Highly recommend this store for your shipping needs. Ask for Ed! He delivers excellent customer care.”

“The FedEx employees at this location provide incredibly kind, professional, efficient, and joyful service. For the last several years, they have expedited the shipping process for mailing all our holiday gifts throughout the year to our sweet 4 and 6-year-old granddaughters, “Baby Bear” & “Twinkle Star”. These wonderful people have frequently welcomed us, referring to my husband and I as “The Grandparent Holiday Express”. They have also happily assisted “Santa, Cupid, The Easter Bunny, The Great Pumpkin, and The Tooth Fairy,” as well as, added extra joy to other special occasions, such as Birthdays and the first day of Kindergarten.
