“Seth answered my call on a Sunday as I was leaving messages at a bunch of shops trying to get my car in somewhere after I slid on some black ice and busted my tire arms and steering. He was extremely responsive and got my car back to me in about 2.5 weeks - Just in time for my move back to California. It would have been way quicker had the weather not been so bad the weekend temperatures dropped below 0° and the wrong parts getting shipped out. I did have to bring it back a second time after taking my car home because the alignment wasn’t done properly (outsourced to another facility) and they then noticed another broken part that had to be replaced which took an extra 2-3 days. But I’m glad they caught it before I got on the road. Seth was awesome and he pretty much took care of everything and kept me informed along the way. Would highly recommend this place to anyone else who needed a repair.”
