“Although this is the only bank I've had an account with, I've always been satisfied with the service, and never had a problem with them. Staff is often friendly and quickly available to assist clients.”

“I have been coming to the Pullman branch of US Bank since 2012 when I moved here. The whole experience with them has always been friendly, hassle free, and extremely helpful. One teller, Dawn, I believe has been there most of that duration, if not all of it, and has always given me incredible customer service! Another teller, Carson, has been at the Pullman branch for quite some time as well and is always very friendly and greets me with a smile and friendly conversation while assisting me.

There have been other employees that I have worked with in the past that I don't remember the names of, but I can't recall a single bad or even average experience with them. Always great customer service and going above and beyond to help, 10/10 banking experience.”

“Wafd Pullman holds my mortgage and I’ll be forever grateful for that. But in particular, their manager, Alan Hodges, has been my personal banker. I live in Moscow, ID, miles away from Pullman, WA, and I’ll continue to make the drive to WaFD because of Alan. He’s one of the “old school” branch managers who shouts out my name when I walk in, takes me into his office, and deals with me. I’d walk across broken glass for that kind of personal attention. I’m a WaFD customer because Alan works there. I hope corporate WaFd knows what they have in Alan Hodges. If he switched banks, so would I.”

“By far the best bank in town. The people who work here are amazing people and really do care about you. They always greet me with a smile and really learned about me as a customer.”

“I've gone with p1fcu because they keep servicing of my mortgages, and they have generally been good but have gotten worse lately. Their mortgage website sometimes won't load, it has auto pay issues that you can't do a partial payment for to fix online, and when I called and got through the automated system I was on hold for 30 minutes when I just hung up. This is bullshit. If you are not going to let me pay online have enough operators. Also their hold music and repeating message that they will get to me soon is like nails on a chalkboard.
Update: I went in person and the teller or was very helpful in getting it straightened out, but I would prefer no after hours support over being on hold for over an hour, and I don't know why they have such confusing and problematic systems if they have more money from me than they need...”

“Generally speaking going to banks is not one of my favorite things to do, but the staff at this branch work efficiently, are communicative, and go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. Chase in general is like a 8/10 but this branch is 10/10.”

“Its not only the huge profit you helped me earn in one week that I am grateful for Mrs Rachael, my most joy is that I have finally found the expert trader to trust with my money and invest with, I really appreciate your honesty, hard work, I found you almost at the point of giving up on trading because of scammers, but you proved you are different, and I am most grateful, I invest $500 and got $5,550 in just one week, I can boldly tell you Mrs Rachael Raschke is the right expert to work with, contact Rachael directly on these”

“U.S. Bank branch inside the Compton Union Building. ATM and two tellers if you have any specific customer service questions. Make your deposits and withdrawals with a teller. Start an account then go upstairs for some Panda Express! Other than that I think the services are just the essentials. See a full US Bank location for your loans and whatnot. Withdrawals at the ATM. No cash or check deposits though. Have to do that in person with a teller. Twenty four hours or as long as the CUB is open. Not much else to say. It's safe, indoors right on the lower CUB floor. Your normal bank ATM and branch but with a stripped down express vibe. They'll charge you an ATM fee If you're not a US Bank customer. Maybe just get cash back elsewhere if you really need a few twenties. Nice option though If you are a US Bank member. Wells Fargo or Chase, too bad.”
