“Branch manager Sam was friendly, caring, and understanding. He suggested that we work on the phone—he understands that I have severe mobility issues. Over the phone he carefully and patiently helped understand and get through some complicated steps on the mobile app. Sam showed that old fashioned great customer service that we don’t see much of. My dad was a banker for about 20 years and asked all of the employees to give genuine caring customer service—he would’ve been pleased with Sam. We’ve been in town again for about 10 years doing business with US Bank and have been pleased by the customer service the entire time.”

“People tend to do reviews when they have a problem. I want to do this one to give kudos for long time, excellent service. I have banked with Wells Fargo since it took over my previous bank many years ago. I have had very good experiences. Jason, the manager is great, the clerks are helpful and polite, and whenever I have had an issue it has been resolved to my satisfaction. My only unsatisfactory experience was on the phone with central services, but I was able to resolve this at my local branch. My banking is complicated because I manage funds for others, and they have been so helpful with this.”
