Extremely POOR customer service! When car broke down and was completely undrivable, took ~5 hours to get the tow truck to pick up the car. Was hung up on many times as Budget could not FIND the car nor my rental agreement in their records even though it was rented the day before! Asked to speak with a manager, and was hung up on! Road side assistance was a joke! They too did not anwser my calls; web page was helpful but misleading as were the text messages. Missed the event I had planned to attend as well as loss of hotel for the overnight stay. Had to return to the airport to get the replacement car the next day as the tow truck delivered the car to their Service Center after hours. Total mess! Get car rental insurance if you plan to use AVIS/Budget!!

Terrible rates was quoted 980.00 for 10 days in Las vegas Airport rentals i was told that was the cheapest last time I checked that was more then 95$ per day never again

Called to ask if there would be an extra charge at time of rental after the $400 I already paid, the website says there won't be, but after calling and talking to Jared( who was short and rude on the phone) he tells me there is an EXTRA $200 deposit I'll need to leave. But after talking to the call center they tell me it should have only been a $100 deposit. Do yourself a favor and call enterprise. My reservation has been cancelled. These airport rental employees hertz/budget have a real big chip on their shoulder.

I like to have everything done ahead of time so that I have and idea of what cost will be. I also like to get in and out in a timely manner. I understand that and estimate can very slightly up or down. So when I have an estimate for $89 and change for a car rental. I certainly do not expect that the total cost to come out to be $169 and change. When I ask about the huge difference the lady said it was because we added a $6 a day service. We were going to keep the care 3 days. (3X6=18) 89+18=169??? Not where I come from it doesn't . I have a hard time thinking that an estimate was off by $62. WOW!! If this is that way that you really operate you can kiss my business goodbye.

Do not rent from this company. It is a horrible company and you will regret your decision. Please listen to all the negative reviews on all the major review sites. I was charged $360 for a 6 hour car rental. I was deceived by the man that rented me the car, who quoted me $70. Customer service was atrocious and I don't know how this company stays in business. Instead of wanting to keep their customers happy, they would rather piss them off and lose a customer forever. They have horrible business practices. DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET!

We realized we left $600 worth of sunglasses in the car after we dropped the keys in the key box...we had an early morning flight. I left a note for the Budget rep to call me. No call. No return call. This is a small airport. VERY disappointed.

EXCELLENT ATTITUDE AND SERVICE BY YOUNG COUNTER MAN. WAS ABLE TO UPGRADE IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE I NEEDED A LARGER CAR TO ACCOMMODATE MY SON'S FAMILY. MADE OUR MOTHER;S DAY TRIP VERY SUCCESSFUL. ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THAT COUNTER DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL 10AM.
