About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental in Pullman offers a simple rental process and friendly service for weekend adventures or when a personal car is unavailable. They provide options from compact cars to spacious SUVs and vans to fit various plans and budgets. They are noted as the only reliable place to rent a car in the Moscow/Pullman area, as other companies are either unavailable, not honest about location, or not honest about inventory.
The service is highlighted as exceptional, with staff described as going above and beyond. In one case, an employee answered a call after hours and drove back to the airport to personally help a stranded customer, turning a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience. In another instance, an employee was extremely helpful in trying to find a workaround for a competitor's ineptitude, demonstrating kindness and professionalism. Customers report having no hassle with their rentals and state they will use Budget again due to these positive interactions, where workers "worked magic" to accommodate them.

This is the only place in Moscow/Pullman to rent a car. The others are either not available or not honest about location and apparently also about their inventory. The budget workers had no one ways and worked magic and got me something anyways. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!
