“Exceptional Service – Jason Went Above and Beyond!
I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Jason at Budget. He truly went above and beyond to help me out of a tough spot.
I had never flown into Pullman before and tried to reserve a rental car online the day before my trip, but nothing was available. This seemed to simply be a glitch, however, as the message I received indicated that the rental starting time was after hours. But according to Google, the rental counters would still be open when my flight landed, so I figured I’d try my luck in person. Unfortunately, both rental counters HAD actually closed by the time I arrived. And with virtually no Ubers, taxis, or other transportation options in the area, I found myself completely stranded.
Desperate, I called the number posted at the counter, not expecting much. To my surprise, Jason answered (even though he had already gone home for the evening). After I explained the situation, he didn’t hesitate. He actually drove back to the airport to personally help me get a car.
Jason’s willingness to return after hours and help someone he didn’t know is the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore. What could have been a stressful and frustrating night turned into a reminder that there are still people who truly care. I’m incredibly grateful for his kindness and professionalism.”
