Jess Ford of Pullman is dishonest, manipulative, and runs classic bait-and-switch games. Do NOT trust them.
Salesman Able Torres and GM Daniel will feed you promise after promise, waste months of your time, then ghost you the second it suits them. When we finally gave them a clear chance to make it right, they didn’t even have the decency to reply.
This is a shady dealership that will lie to your face, break every commitment, and treat customers like garbage. We’ve never felt so disrespected and ripped off. Save yourself the headache and the betrayal—go literally anywhere else. Jess Ford of Pullman does not deserve your business.

I was able to leave my vehicle for service while on a short trip. They began diagnostics before my actual service date, ordered the part, and had my vehicle ready for pickup on my return.

Andrew was incredible! Ordered a 2024 Ranger that took a bit to get built and come in but Andrew was attentive in keeping us in the loop. When it got here you couldn’t ask for a better person to go over your vehicle with you. He’s makes sure that you’re getting everything you want out of your vehicle. Andrew was so personable, knowledgeable and the process was seamless. 10/10 recommend!
