The clerk was extremely rude and tried to tell me what I could and could not print. She tried to lecture me about copyright even though that is a huge part of my academic studies, therefore I know all of the copyright laws by heart. Very disappointing and will not be going back there any time soon.

Terrible! It has been 20 hours and my 3 photos still aren't ready! Three times now I have been told they would be ready in a half hour! It has been 5 hours since I was told that the first time!
