“Lisa and Cassandra are among the very best office management I've ever experienced in the 4 States I've lived in! Professional, prompt, cheerful, helpful. Thomas is outstanding and immediate on maintenance, and the other guy (Eastern European?) is great too!
There is a really nice walking trail just behind the complex by the river. No smoking on the entire premises is a huge plus! Apts have good layout and fair pricing, as of right now, fall of 2025.
Small gym and a pool are nice too.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful home.”

“Loved living here so much! The staff are amazing and quick to respond to any type of requests. These are older buildings but are well built and very well maintained with beautiful landscape, Electric BBQ's with covered seating, Dog park, Bocce Ball, Red Light Therapy Bed, great neighbors and quiet area. The balcony's are very large and private, so nice! The doors are sturdy and bedrooms are good size and closets are huge! Not a lot of kids which is one of the reasons I chose this place as I am recently an empty nester :)”
“I wanted to come on here since it’s been a couple months about 6 months that I lived here.. it’s been really great. A lot of kids in the Neighborhood and my kids play with almost all of them. The office staff are extremely nice to me. The maintenance people are really nice to me. The office works with me when I need and I appreciate them so much. All they do u appreciate. I been recommending this place to my coworkers and friends.”

“The units are large. We have a 4 bedroom. Lots of storage and the layout is perfect. The only drawback is the heaters on the main floor and ground floor do not keep the place remotely warm.”
