“Just got off the phone with Beverly. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. have a list of locations I am calling and off the bat I liked how convenient the location was to groceries and freeway but still set back enough to be nice and quiet thats a must for us, and just loved that they have the river just behind them im imagining the wonderful views!!! All the greenery that it looks like they have and that it is a somewhat small community 😍 much more cosy homie feel and yet with lots of amenities. Bummed that they didn't have a swing in the playground (i dont think many locations do anymore sadly) my kido loves to read and always looks for fun spots but they have so may she shared with me even the office has a nice little area. Was interested in a 1 or 2 bedroom. They didn't have any 1s at the moment but I can see why seems like a wonderful location to call home. Definitely will be at the top of my consideration list. This is one of the ones i cant to go tour soon.”

“I've been living here for over a decade n yes 5 6 years ago it's was not the best place to live but once they hired our new manger marla she cleaned this place up got all the riff raft drug attics are all gone it's a very nice place to live”

“Loved living here. The townhouses were nice and the area surrounding kept up well. Would have stayed another year if I could have. Crystal and the staff were always responsive and helpful and the maintenance was always fast with any issues. Great place to live.”

“Loved living here so much! The staff are amazing and quick to respond to any type of requests. These are older buildings but are well built and very well maintained with beautiful landscape, Electric BBQ's with covered seating, Dog park, Bocce Ball, Red Light Therapy Bed, great neighbors and quiet area. The balcony's are very large and private, so nice! The doors are sturdy and bedrooms are good size and closets are huge! Not a lot of kids which is one of the reasons I chose this place as I am recently an empty nester :)”

“I wanted to come on here since it’s been a couple months about 6 months that I lived here.. it’s been really great. A lot of kids in the Neighborhood and my kids play with almost all of them. The office staff are extremely nice to me. The maintenance people are really nice to me. The office works with me when I need and I appreciate them so much. All they do u appreciate. I been recommending this place to my coworkers and friends.”
