“The best place to live in Tacoma! The staff goes above and beyond to make the place feel like home. The location is perfect with 2 grocery stores, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Farmers market on Saturdays. Loved the rooftop lounge with amazing views of the Sound, Olympics & Rainier. Plus a garden that you can pick from. Work orders were always done quickly. Best of all the people that live there are so friendly and easy to get along with. I've made life long friendships and met my fiancé there. I credit the staff for that they are personable and make it fun to live there.”

“Last year I left a poor review of the Trek apts. I lived there for another year and I have to admit I was wrong in my initial review. Management addressed all of my concerns and took care of any issues I had in a quick manner. The building is clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. I WOULD recommend living here.”

“The units are large. We have a 4 bedroom. Lots of storage and the layout is perfect. The only drawback is the heaters on the main floor and ground floor do not keep the place remotely warm.”

“Got a little better manager I have known her for years. It has a lot of things to fix but not helpful very bad management and unfair treatment . I've been assaulted twice and the security guard is fake he didn't care if I was ok or not. Seattle office is not good ethier the stress here has been horrific. Told I have to move my storage and will not let me have time to do it it's the holiday time and it's closed most of the time . I need help I'm 73 and injured refused a relocation fee like everyone else got and the men I ask to help the manager and security guard said I can not use that person so I couldn't leave and was then made to get in more trouble with the court because of them.”

“My husband and I went and toured these apartments. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were clean and well maintained. We weren’t a big fan of the dryer vents being directly in front of your front door. But overall Seemed like a quiet area to live in.”

“Lived at these apartment complex for about 4 years and we lived the apartments and the staff. Super friendly never had complaints. Spacious bedrooms and very neat never had issues besides small maintenance stuff but other than that never had moldy windows or walls, bad smells, roach or bugs. Loved this place! Highly recommend!!”

“Lived here for 18 months, never had any issues, whenever need maintenance, they responded very swiftly, (very minor issues). Jillian was friendly and made it appoint to remember my name which I’m sure she knows for all her residents, great customer/ tenant service whichever phrase you’d like. Payton was also very nice. An annoyance, out of their control so no fault in rating, the constant passing of emergency service vehicles, loud, and kinda often tbh. Or the cars with loud exhaust, feels like it bounces off the wall if you’re closer to the 176th side.”

“My roommate and I have looked practically everywhere for a one bedroom apartment and it has been so stressful! From bad reviews to terrible management/ customer service and being charged way over price. We couldn’t find a one bedroom under $1,700 and were needing to move out ASAP. We came across Cobble Courts and let me tell you.. the staff was such a RELIEF. Tiffany and Natalia are absolutely amazing at customer service and making you feel actually appreciated and not to be ashamed or worried. Natalia showed us a tour and these are the perfect quiet spots. When you go outside you’re not neck and neck to your next door neighbor ?. Beautiful homes and they approved us right there and then within minutes. After all this stress from looking at other places and not knowing if we were going to be approved or not etc, they approved us and it was such a relief and fantastic experience. I’ve seen so many reviews about car break ins which will happen at any other apartment complex, that’s why you don’t leave valuables in your car. Also reviews about upping the price which even if that’s the case which I get can be frustrating… it’s not near the price as some of these other places. Let alone they have 2 pools, a dog park, walking area, it’s quiet at night. AND A WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT PEOPLE! That’s all we have to say about this place they really care the team here I pray to God stays for as long as we live here lol.”

“Hi, we haven’t moved here as of yet but we are totally excited about our move in date, we’ve been by here and the common areas are beautiful, and well kept up, the office staff and the manager Karen were wonderful, Very helpful and very professional!! Karen and staff made the move in requirements so simple to complete !! The complex owners are lucky to have this staff in place, believe me!! I’m leaving a place where I will call the common area very unsatisfactory and the staff was leaning towards being unprofessional, we are so looking forward to being a part of this wonderful community!!!!! I don’t understand the poor reviews, my family and I we living over by hosmer st, scary area , I just wanted safe nice place to have my family in, I looked all over but I have family that lives here and they recommend me , I did all the paperwork an paid everything and I got approved , they were helpful please t awesome people, I would highly recommend to anyone who wants nice place and to be treated very well, thank you madrona for hiring good competent people, oh yes the maintenance is top notch my son is 4 and loves seeing them driving around he says race car fast lol but they will wave or pull over and chat with him for min he loves it, that not in their job description they just that friendly”
