“My husband and I lived in our Madison25 apartment for over six years! We hadn't planned on staying as long as we did, but the entire staff there made it hard to leave. They truly are amazing, and of course the building and amenities are pretty great too. I highly recommend this apartment building.”

“My buddy lived here on the 16th floor.. pretty cool place.. it use to be a bank back in the day and invotated the vault into the lounge area and made a table from the vaults gears which is pretty damn cool..”
“My family lived here for 14 years and it was considered home until we had to move because of my dad's health declining. Taylor and the rest of the office staff went out of their way to help us to get moved out to a senior home for my dad so he could be taken care of for the last few months he was with us. “The manager Emma and Assistant Manager Melissa have provided extremely fast professional and thorough assistance with my move in request. They respond almost instantly to every enquiry, and have been very polite, respectful and courteous. “I live it here I love the people!!! Nice size apts with washer dryer in units! Numbered parking spot. Pretty peaceful for the most part but we have our moments sometimes too. Quiet enough to live comfortably, aside from loud engine sounds, which I love. You can hear the traffic from Auburn Way North, to me, just enough so that it feels alive, not like quiet in the woods or something, nice mix. Office ladies are AMAZING!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Decent neighbors more or less, a lot of families. It's clean and kept up, regularly landscaped, pool cleaned, etc. Pool hours are very limited, no weekends, and weekdays are 10am-5pm, I believe. No one on call to supervise the swimmers, the office has to be open and it's not on weekends. There's an emergency maintenance # to call it necessary though.
And no, we do not get that funky smell from 277th Street, Thank God!! Lotsa rainbows! *:D .. Not super cheap but well below market value!!! Near shopping and gas stations on the corners and bus stop right on the corner! I'm so glad I found them!! *:D Kitties love too!”

“The Verge gets a 5 out of 5 stars from me. I'd give it a 10 if I could. My wife and I are moving in within a few weeks and the staff at the Verge could not have been any more accommodating. Their leasing specialist Dasha and Hannah are very knowledgable and extremely helpful. We toured the property and it has everything you could ever want and more. They keep up the property and when we asked a few residents who lived there, both had been there since opening and said it was the best place they'd ever lived. I would recommend the Verge to anyone.”
“Just got off the phone with Beverly. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. have a list of locations I am calling and off the bat I liked how convenient the location was to groceries and freeway but still set back enough to be nice and quiet thats a must for us, and just loved that they have the river just behind them im imagining the wonderful views!!! All the greenery that it looks like they have and that it is a somewhat small community 😍 much more cosy homie feel and yet with lots of amenities. Bummed that they didn't have a swing in the playground (i dont think many locations do anymore sadly) my kido loves to read and always looks for fun spots but they have so may she shared with me even the office has a nice little area. Was interested in a 1 or 2 bedroom. They didn't have any 1s at the moment but I can see why seems like a wonderful location to call home. Definitely will be at the top of my consideration list. This is one of the ones i cant to go tour soon.”

They even took their time showing me four other properties they have. Great experience overall and will be highly considering this place on my next move”

“I really enjoy living at Evergreen Apartments. It's very quiet at night and the property manager is wonderful and very helpful. She always try's to help all her tenants. The apartments grounds are always clean and the maintenance is always prompt to respond to your needs. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.”
“Renovated unit, love the complex and quiet after 8 pm rule. It's an apartment so from neighbors I have encountered 2 flooding issues, all handled promptly without further issues. That was a lot, stressful with noisy fans for almost a week. One flood occurred during the holidays. Parking is a disaster due to more vehicles than allowed per unit. They do offer paid spots, of course. Overall I love my spacious apartment, with plenty of closet space. The fenced yard raised the cost but it feels homey.”
“Loved living here so much! The staff are amazing and quick to respond to any type of requests. These are older buildings but are well built and very well maintained with beautiful landscape, Electric BBQ's with covered seating, Dog park, Bocce Ball, Red Light Therapy Bed, great neighbors and quiet area. The balcony's are very large and private, so nice! The doors are sturdy and bedrooms are good size and closets are huge! Not a lot of kids which is one of the reasons I chose this place as I am recently an empty nester :)”
“I lived at Willow Park almost 15 years. The owners of this complex is always working to improve the complex. In 15 years I have not had one problem with anything. And if anything breaks washer dryer stove refrigerator they are quick to replace it. It is in South Auburn there of been some car break-ins but that is about all. I would recommend this apartment complex.”

“The units are large. We have a 4 bedroom. Lots of storage and the layout is perfect. The only drawback is the heaters on the main floor and ground floor do not keep the place remotely warm.”

“Will not give 5 stars because we have only been here 2 months, but we are LOVING it here. Look, these places are little wild looking on the outside, they could definitely use a good cleaning on the outside, but in just the 7 weeks we have been here we have seen management take many steps towards bettering the grounds and the buildings. Keep up the work and this place will be AMAZING! The units are unique and spacious. It feels like a neighborhood not a complex. The office staff (Specifically Davon) were amazingly helpful in getting us into our new home. We are so glad to be here.”
