Not the cleanest in the world but not too bad. The location is great to be next to the fair grounds and downtown. Only down side is it's pretty noisy with the location. Everyone there was super nice and they made check-in/out very easy.

The overnight manager was very helpful and accommodating. I had just had back surgery and I have an and knee so I could not have an upstairs room. She upgraded my room and kept me downstairs. The room was clean and bed was nice and comfy

A little dated on the outside, but the room was remodeled very nice and super clean. Great location for our trip.
