Ariana and the other front desk people were so delightful and friendly, they made the check in process super easy. They had great customer service skills and made us feel welcome. The hotel smells like Christmas...weird I know lol but whatever I liked it.

Really nice stay. Breakfast is great! Staff very helpful and friendly. We had a double queen room and worked fine.

. Beds springs were shot on mattress making it rock hard, and you could feel springs poking into you. No full length mirrors in room if that matters to you. Curtains would not open all the way making it very dark. Stuff were pleasant upon check in.
