This is a newly remodeled hotel and it is beautiful. The outdoor covered terrace was nice. The outdoor huts by indoor pool cute. My room was so pretty and clean. I saw just a peek of Mt Rainier while walking outside of hotel on a sunny day. Such a cozy sleep and the front desk staff was really friendly. Thank you!

Rooms were filthy. Housekeepers need to learn how to vacuum and dust and mop. The only things that were clean in the rooms were the sheets and towels.
The Hot Tub was scalding HOT. It took 5 minutes to sort of adjust to the hot temp, and by then, I was ready to get out, I half fainted from the heat and nearly slammed my head on the floor. Brought up the temperature to a worker, but nothing was done. It was still scalding hot the second day.

We stayed here because it was close to fair grounds and we went to summer con. The room was tiny . Couldn't even get the dolly in the door. The AC made loud loud noises and couldn't open window to cool off. Shower barley got warm and shower head haven't been cleaned in a long time . If I could of checked it taken my money to a cheaper run down place I would of. Was offered 20$ off because of my troubles. I couldn't sleep for to nights and spent 613 for this room so not much of a gesture. The second night there was loud children running around all night slamming doors. Is u want to pay wayyyy to much for a decent breakfast go here.

We booked this hotel with a credit card that was accepted for the reservation. Upon arrival, Keith, the front desk manager, declined to accept this credit card because it did not have my first name on it. I have gone by my middle name for 73 years and not once has any establishment refused to honor my credit card for this reason (or any other). I was fortunate to have brought with me another one with my first initial on it and he accepted that one.
Once in the room, the TV would not work. I called down and eventually troubleshooted the issue myself. It was plugged into a power strip that was not fully plugged into the wall outlet. In addition, the power strip was turned off. Once I plugged it in and turn the power strip on, the TV worked. I should not have to resolve these kind of issues for the hotel.
At night, the curtains would not close over the wall A/C unit. Outside was two parking lot lights that shown brightly through the window. There was a mirror on the opposite wall that reflected the light again into the room. I tried to cover the window with the existing curtains. Around 3:30 AM, I was able to determine there was a hidden cord that dropped down a rolling curtain. I was finally able to get some sleep.
When I received a text message asking if there was anything I needed, I responded asking the hotel manager to call me to discuss these issues. I never received a call.
Needless to say, this was a horrible stay and I would not recommend it.

Rooms are old and stale. Poor smell. $20 for early check in, which is insane. Just don’t accommodate guests, I’ve stayed at far nicer properties that don’t charge for this accommodation. Rooms are already pricy enough. Legitimately worth considering just staying in a nicer facility in Seattle.

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you have any health sensitivities to mold or dust. During my stay, I was moved between three different rooms — including King rooms and a Double Queen (despite my original reservation for a King), due to serious cleanliness concerns. Each room had visible mold in the bathrooms and/or heavy dust buildup, clearly indicating a lack of deep cleaning and maintenance.
I came to visit a friend, but instead of enjoying my time, I found myself repeatedly returning to the front desk to request a clean room. I was reassured each time that the room had been properly cleaned, yet that was clearly not the case. This experience raised serious concerns not just about this hotel’s cleanliness and guest care, but also about the standards I expect from a Best Western property. I was using a Friends and Family rate, knowing how high the expectations are for best western in general, and was deeply disappointed.
By the third room, I was simply exhausted and fed up with the entire process. To make matters worse, I overheard housekeeping in the hallway referring to guests with complaints about mold as “another shower person,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
The third room brought more frustrations like a dog running loudly across the floor above us all night, unsupervised children running through the hallways, and loud banging from the adjacent housekeeping supply closet. The noise was constant and made it nearly impossible to rest.
This stay was a disaster from start to finish. Regardless of my connection to someone who works for the company, I will not return to this location, and I certainly won’t be recommending it to anyone else.

Disabled veteran went here to get a room. Lady said only 2 dogs as another guest with three dogs walks past. Don't even waste your time or energy here. Very disappointed and will be speaking to the manager also or corporate.

I went there and the rooms and area were good but there was a dog that lunged at people for no reason and the caretaker couldn't control their dog and we told the workers and they didn't do anything

Was very impressed from the front desk staff, the clean rooms, the BREAKFAST! Location is fantastic, everything is close, freeway, TONs of food options, fuel, shopping, the Mall... Will be back!

Stayed Tuesday evening and was totally impressed. Beautiful clean room, fabulous bed and pillows and the breakfast selection was very good. Front desk staff were very professional and personable. Highly recommend it!

The rooms are not huge but laid out extremely well. We are very satisfied with the cleanliness and the amenities that are hete. The breakfast is tasty and a larege selection of items. In the center of puyallup making it a desirable location for this area.
