I wish I could give this location negative reviews. Manager is a witch, hates her job to a point was extremely rude to everybody. Her personal life must be miserable, ugly inside out. I simply needed notarization but she lied said I needed to make an appointment for it, I've banked with chase many years and never had to do that. Notarization is one of the service that their bankers do for their customers. So I ended up going to a different chase bank and got my papers notarized right away by one of their bankers. I was being so extra that day as well, I was so worked up I drove back afterwards and confronted the witch at south hill location asked why she was the way she was, she lied said she didn't understand what I was saying. (I'm Asian) Now it turned into a racist excuse, I was even more upset. I didn't want to cause a scene and get arrested so I told her hair looked like piglet's hair. I know it doesn't make any sense but once you see those 2 sad strings hanging from her sad witch glasses wearing face you'll agree with me. Anyways, she's a disgrace to human kind and I'll tell her that she's a witch every single time when I see her.

Very nice customer service, the customers though are stupid as they complain about everything, and caused a backup in the line

If I could write zero stars, I would. They literally never answered the phone and I tried over an hour. I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment online because of a previous account I had so I have no choice but to try and call and make an appointment. Looks like I’ll be checking out a different bank.

I'm about to deploy and needed to get the guardianship papers for my cousin to take my children signed by a notary. The blonde woman at the front desk was annoyed before we even spoke. She was very condescending when explaining the notary process to us. When I said "oh, this isn't our first rodeo." To let her know we knew what to do. She said "well it's his." When referring to the notary. After, she tried to say that Chase doesn't notarize guardianship papers. I let her know that I had them signed by Chase before. She got an attitude and said "policies change." My cousin had mentioned that the woman was being really rude. I said simply "this isn't wonderful customer service." She then asked us to leave the bank. I know that Saturdays are busy for banks but I have never encountered such a rude, unhappy, person in customer service. We went down the road to the Chase by the South Hill mall and they helped us no problem. Don't bother with this branch. They need to rethink who they hire and get someone who actually likes working with people.

I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction and frustration with the customer service provided by the Chase Bank branch located at 10222 156th St E, Puyallup, WA 98374. As a longstanding customer, I am compelled to bring to your attention the disappointing experiences I have had while attempting to open a bank account at this particular branch. On Tuesday, I visited the branch with the intention of opening an account. However, I was informed that their system was down, and I was advised to return the next day to proceed with the account opening process. Having to make a 30-minute commute from my residence to the branch for consecutive days to complete a basic banking procedure was already an inconvenience, but I decided to follow through with the request. The following day, I returned to the branch as instructed. To my dismay, I was informed that they could not open the account that day either. Instead, the teller made copies of my documents and informed me that a banker would contact me for approval, after which I could return to finalize the account opening process. To my surprise, I received a voicemail from the designated banker indicating that my account was approved and that I could proceed with the account opening. Eager to put an end to this prolonged ordeal, I promptly called the banker back, leaving my name and phone number as requested. Despite my efforts to reach out, the banker failed to respond, leaving me with no other choice but to visit the branch today, to complete the account opening process. To my dismay, I was informed once again that they were unable to open the account for me on that day. This is 3 consecutive days I've left early for work to go to this branch for service. The banker even admitted that he had not checked his voicemail messages, leading to further frustration and disappointment on my part. This unnecessary delay and lack of professionalism have left me not only inconvenienced but also disgusted with the total disregard for customer experience exhibited by the staff at this branch.I cannot stress enough how profoundly unsatisfactory my experience has been with the customer service provided by Chase Bank at 10222 156th St E, Puyallup, WA 98374. This branch has failed to uphold even the most basic standards of efficiency, communication, and professionalism, causing undue inconvenience and inconvenience to a loyal customer like myself. As a result of this unacceptable experience, I have decided to terminate my banking relationship with Chase Bank and seek alternative banking options that prioritize customer satisfaction and value their customers' time. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of respect for customers demonstrated by this branch and would strongly caution others against banking with Chase, particularly at this location.I submitted a complaint and requested that appropriate measures be taken to address the issues I have raised and to ensure that such poor customer service is rectified for the benefit of all customers. I hope this complaint prompts a serious evaluation of the practices and policies in place at this branch to prevent other customers from enduring similar negative experiences.

BANK DOESN'T ACCEPT CASH DEPOSITS. I went through the drive Thur to deposit $200 cash. Sat there for over 10 mins with nobody coming to help or just let me know they would help me asap. I decided to go in because I wanted to make sure they received my deposit. There was 3 people in line and 3 employees helping 3 other customers at their windows. All 3 drive Thur lanes had cars waiting. I saw one of the tellers grab the tube (a long with 2 other tubes) I sent so, I went up and told him I'd been waiting in the drive Thur but, no one came to help. He apologized and then told be that he couldn't accept my cash deposit because of fraud. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Your a bank!!! I get there are a lot a issues with money, financial stuff but, you really need to change this policy. Totally ridiculous. There's a lot of competition as far as banking goes. I will choose a bank that will accept cash. You guys really need to come up with a better plan to check cash if it such a huge issue.

Lacking in so many areas.I would consider a complete purge necessary for this branch to get up to speed with the rest of society.Poor poor service really an embarrassment for the cooperation and the community to allow this bank to continue to operate this way.

This is a review for the drive through - it is a bit of a hassle to get to it, but there are no lines, ever! Small branch benefit!

I'm appalled!!! Everyone better be careful taking Chase checks for payment from anyone. For the privilege of accepting Chase's customers checks for payment Chase is now charging a $12 fee for the privilege of cashing them. Mind you this cost them nothing but pushing a few buttons. Next thing you know it's going to be $20 $30 the only way it stops is if people stop accepting their checks for payment. Why should hard working people pay them to do a job their customers are already paying monthly & annual fees for. They're double dipping & they're getting away with it.

Personally I can tell you I hate coming to any bank. This one is not the exception. But with out being totally negative about all the d*** rules they have to pull money out or make simple transactions. I would like to focus on the people who work here. They do their best, it’s not their fault corporate set the rules they have to enforce. But here is a pro tip don’t come in if you don’t have to. Banking online saves time and head ache lol ?But honestly 3 stars is better than 1 and I don’t know of a bank that’s out there that deserves 5 ?

The best experience I had was when I opened my bank account. After that I couldn't ask them basic questions and get an answer. I went in recently to get help with opening a savings bond account at a completely different financial institution that specifically deals with savings bonds (that place is a disaster itself) so I could transfer savings bonds my godmother bought for me to cash out, needed a form signed by a bank to prove that I am me in order to open an account since it's all done online. Teller had to get the branch manager who was very rude. She kept saying she had no idea what the form was, we explained what it was (the form clearly stated what the purpose of it was at the top of the form, branch manager kept looking through it). Then she said she needed to physically see the bonds before she could - correction - would sign the form. She kept saying she had no idea what to do, we kept asking who we could call or speak to who could help us, she kept saying she had no idea. Never directed us to a help line/1-800 line or anything. My banker there who sent me back home the previous time I tried to get help with the form apparently didn't show up for work or something either. No idea what that was about but she wasn't a whole lot of help either, very nice lady, not a whole lot of help. Bottom line: this branch is clearly not well run. They can't help you with much and they won't direct you to anyone who can help you (or may be able to help you). The branch manager either had a really bad day the last time I was there or she's just a very rude and unhelpful person.
