Instead, I accidentally downloaded a cloned, virus-laden version resulting in my phone being an inoperable disaster. In less than an hour, John and the guys handed me back my repaired phone and my peace of mind.
The diagnostics, repairs and downloading of the correct programs was less than $40.00.
