“I cannot recommend this place enough! My PS5 DualSense controller was completely messed up—major stick drift on both analog sticks, unresponsive buttons, and it was basically unplayable during my intense gaming sessions. I was about to buy a new one when I decided to give them a shot.
From the moment I dropped it off, the service was outstanding. Michael diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it fully repaired (new sticks, clean internals, and even a fresh calibration) in just a couple of hours. The controller feels brand new—actually better than new with super smooth sticks and responsive triggers. No more frustration in games!
Super professional, honest pricing, and they clearly know their stuff when it comes to PS5 hardware. If you're in the Seattle/Auburn area and need your controller fixed (or any gaming gear), look no further. These guys saved me money and got me back to dominating in Pragmata and my other favorites ASAP.

“This place seems to have a ton of retro video games, going back from Atari 2600 (maybe further) to now. I got a Sega Genesis and a GBA game here, and they weren't too badly priced, compared to what I saw elsewhere. Ex, Shining Force was $60 here, which while kinda pricy, was a lot cheaper than what I was seeing in Seattle stores for the same game. Additionally, the staff seemed friendly, and seemed pretty knowledgeable of the games they had. Ex, a couple of them were having a fun debate about changes in modern Fire Emblem games, probably because Fortune's Weave was coming out soon when I was visiting. Overall, this was a pretty nice retro game shop, and I would be happy to visit again when I'm back in Tacoma.”
“I went here to drop off my triple A and double A batteries for recycling. I paid $21 for a small box full of dead batteries to get recycled. I thought that's a good deal. Very nice couple of guys helped me out and got my batteries off my hand in minutes!”

“Went on a hike where I was literally jumping on and off of things, climbing, etc. It survived the entire journey. Then, when I got home and went into my purse to take my housekeys out, I dropped my phone on the concrete and broke the screen. Thankfully I had gotten my screen protector from Evolv so my phone was fine! I went in this morning and was out within 5 min with a new screen protector good as new. THANK YOU!”
