You were supposed to rotate tires and replace wiper blades, but didn't. You were supposed to reset the pressure sensors for the tires as you didn't the last the time. The person who checked me in was not the nicest last, bit rude. I mentioned several times s to rotate tires and replace blades. The gentlemen who, the day before, apologized for not setting the sensors last ti.e am assured me all would be taken care of.
This was my last visit. Now there is an error for auto tracking showing and it went off went I picked up the van - no one told about it.
I will not be back and you are top of my list of where not to go for maintenance.
Do not use this shop!!!

Great customer service by Luis Garrido, store manager. He goes above and beyond in making you feel a valued customer. I got my new set of tires installed at a great price.

So we had an appointment at 9am on Saturday to get my car looked at and oil changed. We got my car back on Sunday at 5pm and charged over 700 dollars for oil change and some filters. I was supposed to go to work on Sunday but thank goodness I wound up being sick and had to call out anyway.

I have been bringing my car here for years but lately the quality of service has been suffering. In the last year I have gone in multiple times and have had issues not fixed with little care from the staff. Our last visit resulted in them damaging the car and not caring. I am not sure why the quality has gone down so fast but I am now looking for a new go to place.

If you haven't looked at reviews, there are lots of 4.5 stars or.more mechanics around. Go there. This place will gouge you, break things on your car then charge you an arm and a leg for it.

Brought in my car for a headlight and my car door came back broken. Tech came out and said... yeah it's broken. Did nothing. No my bad, no estimate, just left me there.
I've been going to firestone for oil changes for years, the booking system is too convenient . I leave more and more dissatisfied any time I ask for anything else done. Things have frequently been done wrong and had to be brought back in to get fixed by them and therefore take more of my money. Problems misdiagnosed, problems not fixed, problems created.
Recently paid $116 for a diagnostic that they didn't tell me anything, just turned off the check engine and pocketed my money. Went to autozone and they gave me their free readout that showed there was an electrical problem that I can now take it somewhere else to actually get fixed.
I hope I can never go back and after years of experience behind me, I encourage you not to go here. The appointment system is just so slick and easy it makes it hard when most other places you have to call.

Made an appointment for them call to confirm it when they told me they canceled the appointment because they were overbooked didn't even give me a phone call to let me know horrible customer service comes along with horrible car service

Three reasons.....Bri, Carl, and Tyler. All top notch quality human beings who are kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. If we lived closer, y'all would be our go to location for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Seriously, our experience was most excellent Sunday.
Our car was broken beyond repair, but Bri and Carl worked our car into the schedule to look it over and provide us details on what was wrong, then suggested we take it to the dealership due to the seriousness of the issue.
Tyler was pleasant and helpful, even to those who treated him poorly in response. Another customer was in the lobby dropping f-bombs and cussing at Tyler, but he remained professional and courteous, an impressive display of self control.

This location is the worst. Had an appointment to have an alignment done on my vehicle Acura TL. They couldn’t meet the appointment date and had to keep my vehicle overnight even though I dropped it off the day before at noon. Not to mention as I was leaving the service advisor Kyle looks at his tech and says want to go out for a “safety meeting” we all know in the industry that translates to let’s go get high. I don’t pay any mind it’s legal now I guess but, when I arrive the next day to pick up my vehicle I noticed my wheels were scratched. These were brand new wheels just installed prior to the alignment so you can imagine my frustration. Any how the Service Advisor Kyle went to the back and grabbed an alignment head to see where it’d be in contact with the wheels during the servicing of the alignment and the way it installs was consistent with the scratched made so we ended up filing a claim. It’s now been 5 months and the claim was denied after not being contacted a single time or anyone else other then the original talk I had with the advisor. My .2cents steer clear of this place, incompetent technicians getting high on the job and doing questionable services. That later no one will answer for or fix. Just an endless game of pass the buck.

Took my car in for a brake inspection it has over 100,000 miles & feeling some vibration. Got a call with $3500 estimate in endless things they said needed to be replaced including brakes & rotors. Thank God I decided not to proceed took it to the people I normally take my car to, they would not change my brakes 85% left on the pads. They replaced 3 belts for $500 and now I am good to go. I was a customer years ago & the Firestone people were great. Everyone has changed and they try to take advantage of customers. Sickening I will never go back.

Negative Stars. I took my car in for an AC Check because it was only blowing cool, not cold, air. After I refused to pay $1400 to replace my ac compressor I took my car home to find that my car now blows HOT air and the ac compressor no longer engages at all. Not only that, they either blew or swapped my ac relay with a broken one. I am now left with a car that is worse than when I took it in
