Tell people it’s in the mall NOT address so map quest can take a detour and still never find it. In store, customer service pretty much sucked an experience I hope not repeated for awhile

It's fine but I bought some games recently and got home and they were all empty. Was pretty bummed out. Had to go back and they fixed the mistake but no compensation for my time/gas/anguish(lol)

I really like GameStop and the employees. They are attentive and make great suggestions. The variety of items on hand is always impressive.
