“They are amazing. Their customer service is great. Usually that’s the case in every AT&T I have gone to. This store is even better. just a little bit heads up, weekends they get pretty busy, so time waits may be longer.”

“I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.”

“I almost decided to quit Metro PCS today after 12 years or so with them. The 2 dudes working at this location saved me as a customer. Even 611 gave me pics poor service after another store, pulled some B.S. this store and the 2 dudes working fixed it all and because of them I will continue to be a Metro Customer and if I need any changes from now on will try this place first.”

“Roland is the best i will always ask for him when I have a problem with my phone. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend anybody needing work done on their phone to ask for Roland. They'd be very lucky if he is available.”
