Don't buy your console here, they give it to you without any protection and in very bad condition. I had to change it and they still gave me a very scratched one with a control in terrible condition.

Worst experience I ever had with GameStop, location over by Safeway gave me no trouble when trying to trade in my Xbox but just because I have a different cover for the battery I couldn’t trade it in, the manager needs to be fired immediately for her customer service

Will not return to this store when Matthew is working. Horrible customer service skills. Rude sarcastic and doesn't follow companies policies. Shawn is fantastic hopefully he stays and they get rid of Matthew.

The lady and the guy working today made sure not to say hi or goodbye to me and my stepson but said hello to everyone else that walked in and ask if they need help and told them all about the deals they were having maybe because we are Latinos and also told everyone else that was leaving the store to have a nice day. I was going to buy a $200 PlayStation controller at GameStop but I decided to buy it at target.

This location had really helpful staff who answered my questions without being judgemental like most GameStop's.They are also in a great location in the center of the mall, so you have a lot of other places to go afterward.
