“Staff is extremely knowledgeable about black powder rifles and pistols. Best selection I've seen in the northwest region. If you're going to hunt with a black powder or target shoot with black powder this is the place.”

“My son and I took the Handgun fundamentals class. It was very well instructed and covered so many critical areas, always focused on safety and responsibility. We both learned so much and felt very comfortable asking questions and getting extremely clear, well thought out and complete answers. Very welcoming atmosphere and the array of handguns we used was incredible. I couldn't recommend Rainier more!”

“Great firearm dealer. Order off their website, usually only takes two days to get there. Go there to do paper work, pickup firearm 10 days later. Doesn't get easier in this state. I recommend Brad's guns to everyone looking to purchase a firearm.”

“I drove a long distance to do business with JW & Melissa for a quick and discreet transaction. My decision was based on their outstanding Better Business Bureau rating of (A+) and excellent reviews. My experience was a success! As a previous owner of a very successful store in Seattle for 18 years, I highly value honesty, integrity, reliability, excellent customer service, consistency, transparency, respect, and a great appreciation for those who support the business (CUSTOMERS) and it’s clear they do as well!GIA, GTL, BBB, WSPA & NPA”

“Ammo decently priced, very nice selection of rentable handguns and rifles. U can bring ARs but they must have a sight. Iron or whatever. I rented the 30 round H&K sub. What a beauty. Other than the range being a lil too warm for me, lol, it was a great experience. Staff was knowledgeable and respectful. I will be getting me a membership there soon.”

“Had a great experience purchasing from here. Owner was kind and respectful. My email inquiry was addressed the same day, answering my questions in depth. Scheduled a pickup appointment the next business day. Will be a repeat customer.”

“I waited a bit to leave this review cause I plan on returning. It's a really great range gun counter was awesome. Not gonna say anything about the dude at the range counter because it's already been said. Hope all is well with him though because it sucks to be in customer service when you can't fake your personality. I do think he'd get points with people if he didn't come off as a kinda snooty talking down to you type of guy and gives people the benefit of the doubt that they arent idiots before talking with them. I'd recommend the range though.”

“I went into the store to inquire about a Glock 19 Gen 5 and the store part was closed but the Range was open and the clerk at the counter named Patrick was there to answer all of my questions on how glocks function and etc, also gave me a history lesson too, Super Knowledgeable and professional guy. I will definitely be coming back to purchase my first firearm from you guys 10/10 experience!!!”

“There are a lot of reviews here about bad customer service. They look like they were from a few years ago and things may have gotten better. I had a GOOD customer service interaction. It is true that they do not answer the phone. Don't even bother. However, the online chat is a different story. The chat "icon" only appears on their website when someone is available. Both times that I had to contact them during my issue (billing), someone was on the chat within 60 seconds and they resolved the issue on the spot. Shipping was incredilbly fast and the products were great.”

“Since all the fishermen go to sportco in fife, and apparently the manager in charge of inventory knows something about fishing here, weirdly excellent bait and brine selection. Way better than bass pro or cabelas, and better inventory than sportco. Not as finely tuned to the northwest as sportco, but a definite good stop. Had 60+ packs of the XL herring and enough natural brine to fill a bathtub in the middle of halibut season. If they stocked Tomic plugs they'd get five stars.”
