Twice in one week we couldn't make an after hours deposit there. Nothing sating ATM was down?? Had to drive out to Meridian just to use theirs. They've closed so many branches it was either Puyallup or 56th off the freeway. Not cool

This is the closest bank to my home. The tellers & customer service employees are friendly and helpful and often go the extra mile for me. It is greatly appreciated. However, the ATM is usually broken and out of order. I don’t know what is required but please fix this machine.

I've been a customer since 1993 through several bank purchases and have always been more than satisfied with the services I've needed. They are prompt to help and don't give up until you are happy.
