“I have had the absolute best experience with WSECU since I joined in 2018. My husband works for the DOD in Germany and we have lived there for over 25 years. We were home in Washington state and we had a flood in our basement. I was able to take out two small loans to help pay for some of the repairs. I also love the convenience of having the CoOp Branching services. I can walk into my credit union on the Military post here in Germany and pay my loans on time monthly without the hassle of snail mail. “Paxton Dressler turned a nightmare day into the best banking experience I've had in 20 years.
I cannot recommend working with Paxton Dressler enough. To be honest, my day started with a terrible experience at the Tacoma branch. I had an appointment there, but the banker missed it entirely due to taking an extended lunch. Between the long drive and the wait, I wasted nearly an hour and had to walk out without even opening the account I needed because my own lunch break was over.
Frustrated, I called this branch and Paxton answered. He immediately understood my situation and assured me he could get me set up that same day.
The difference in service was night and day. I walked into the branch at 4:30 PM and was walking out by 4:47 PM with both a checking and savings account fully set up. Paxton greeted me by name the moment I stepped in, making me feel welcome and respected. He was efficient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable—explaining exactly which accounts suited my specific situation.
It is genuinely hard to meet a banker of this caliber these days. He is the perfect model of professionalism and knows exactly how to create a pleasant experience for his customers.
Note: He mentioned he will be transferring to the Bonney Lake branch soon. This local community is lucky to have him, and I wish him nothing but the best and continued success in his career. If you want a smooth, respectful banking experience, I highly recommend finding him there.”
