We did not have a good experience with the customer service/online order
Associate. She was very skeptical and not wanting to retrieve our online pickup from the back. We had all of our receipts and order delivered paperwork
for her. I'm not sure why it was such a chore for her because we were the only people that i saw in the store around 3pm. I hope that they will try a little harder for others, considering it looks like they need all the business they can get.

Got a nice tuxedo for a great price… and got lots of help from the employees. So many compliments at the employee party. Here is my outfit they helped me pick out. I felt like a rockstar.

Very disappointed in the hair salon. Canceled my appointment twice. For a haircut and foil. I guess they don’t need my business. Can someone recommend a good hair salon to me?!?

Use caution when placing orders in the store. Like having the clothes delivered to your house. Which is free. They provide you a customer service # to call for orders but I've dealt w/customer service supervisors there. They simply cannot change any order details. You can't change the order one hour after it's placed even though the item doesn't ship for a week yet! There is basically NO CUsTOMER SERVICE because customer service doesn't have the ability to change orders because orders are IMMEDIATELY processed. THEY CANNOT CANCEL ORDERS ONCE YOU PLACE IT! CUSTOMER SVC can do absolutely nothing to help you. Their system literally does not let them process ANY requests, changes or ANYTHING!

This is a nice store. The personnel is usually nice and friendly, although I’ve noticed that sometimes it takes a while to get help from them or you need to wait long lines to pay for the products you are buying because they are understaffed. The holidays are always the worst. Sometimes you can get good deals, specially if you have the JCPenney Credit Card.

Love Pennys but is not as complete in this location as it is in Tacoma. There are two sections of Pennys here. The men’s department is separated by a 5 min stroll through the mall from the women’s department. Hard to mix and match the buy 1 get 2 free boots with your other half. lol so we ended up ordering online to get the deal. But we still did some shopping!
