“This is my go to for when times are tough. Mike is great and I really feel as if they truly care about not only your things you may have to pawn, but also about people as if I was one of the family. I love the reminder call if you forget your pawn ticket is due. Mike, the owner and his wonderful family are always so friendly and respectful. They never treat me like I am just a customer. They truly care if things aren't going well and have been there everytime for me. He is fair and gives the best he can..and they are always smiling or have a great story to tell you while in their store. They're my peoplehelping people when it's needed the most. I had EXTREMELY bad customer service going to the 72nd S. Tacoma Way location so I traveled to all my local tacoma & surrounding locations looking for that ring & what I found was UNBELIEVABLY INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in an AMAZING WOMAN the manager by the Name of Lisa! Her attitude was a breath of fresh air ( not like the previous experience I had with the manager at the 72ndnd st. Store) Her attention & patience to detail was great & Her remembering what I was looking for the next time I came in was heartfelt & warming.Lisa & Lisa alone saved the Cash America company a customer such as myself (& I have spent a whole LOT of money up in there, yes I have!!!!!)Thank you Cash America for having Ms. Lisa there on that day I walked in that store & I just want you to know She is an EXTRAORDINARY Manager and She is the very reason I stayed a customer to your store & I don't know what she makes however you all should give that wonderful woman a very large $$$pay raise$$$ she loves the company, what she does, and she cares about the customers & that means a lot to us spending Our hard earned money!
