“We stopped in to stock up on puppy ice cream and a few things as our youngest GSD wad turning 6, once the staff found out they gave us a complimentary bday ice cream on top of our purchase as well as some snack packs. I was actually quite amazed at the place as my other half usually does the pet store visits, lots of different products at reasonable prices. The alt food selection was great as well, multiple coolers with varying options. I now see why the Mrs. goes here. Added a pic of the birthday girl adventuring later that day.”

“We showed up here for the first time last week to use the dog washing station. The gentleman behind the counter whom I assume is the owner was magnificent. He didn't even balk at there being a goth person in his store. He just interacted with us like human beings while we bathed our dogs. We brought our own towels just in case but ended up not needing them since there were clean towels rolled up and waiting for us. Our dogs even liked the gentleman, and one of them is prone to barking at strangers. He sold us an all natural frog shaped dental chew for our teething pup, and she loves it.NAVIGATION WARNING: It's hard to turn left to get into the parking lot since traffic likely won't allow, but there's a left turn a bit further down that will let you get turned around and reapproach so you can turn right instead.”

“I go out of my way to take my dog from Renton to Puyallup for grooming with Wilco. Our Goldendoodle aways gets a great bath and groom here. He is prone to being fidgety which results in getting cut at other places, but so far we have had great success with comfortable haircuts here.”

“Amazing service! Most of the breeders wouldn’t return a text unless I had the questionnaire filled out or a deposit in. She seemed to know her stuff, asked questions to make sure we had the basics ready and tested before the baby was even in the cage. Found out I had to move stuff around to keep things safe. She explained the worries, I tested it and she was right. Pandemic makes things hard but she sends pictures of available babies if you text her.”

“I forgot the employees name, he runs the aquarium department. He did an amazing job helping me with me betta fish. I didn’t know much going in, but he told me how important heaters, proper substrate, and filters. I’ve done a lot more research on bettas now and everything he said is 100% accurate and helped me ensure my betta is healthy. He deserves a raise!”

“Good service. Just annoyed they shaved a heart on my dogs tail without telling me. I had him treated for skin infection when it was the groomers who did it. If you make a mistake just tell us. The staff years always friendly and they're always excited to see my dog, But I wish they mention that part before I Spent a lot of money thinking it was an infection. I go here a lot because Petco is far And it's a little more empty than other pet stores where I can take my dog.”
