“I came in today, just ‘window shopping’. I ended up finding a truck that I loved. I let Mark know that I was not ready/planning to buy a vehicle today. He totally understood my situation, and offered nothing but kindness, respect, and encouragement. Mark never once encouraged that I buy a vehicle if I felt I was not ready. Ultimately I asked to test drive this truck, just to feel behind the wheel so I could prepare myself better for the future. After the test drive I sat in the truck and thought about how good the truck would look in my driveway, so I asked just to see what the numbers would look like. “My wife and I happened to drive by the dealership and saw two vehicles of interest in the lot. Neither met the power I was looking for. Ray the salesman told me about a Escalade that just came in the met the engine criteria we were looking for. After viewing Cadillac we decided to move forward in purchasing it. Ray answered questions we had. It was not a pressure sale but more like a friend talking to a friend. Jimmy the business manager was great also. No pressure but moved the deal forward in a very timely manner.
These folks are great to deal with and they are very selective in the vehicles they bring into the dealership. As far as the vehicle goes so good so far.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and shortly after, an engine issue came up related to a repair that had been done. Situations like that are exactly what car buyers worry about, and I honestly wasn’t sure how it was going to go.
To their credit, the dealership completely stood behind the vehicle. They took responsibility for the situation and replaced the engine at no cost to us. They did not argue, deflect, or look for loopholes — they simply chose to do the right thing and take care of the customer.

“Thought I’d drop a review of my experience at Korum Ford in Puyallup when I purchased my 2026 Ford Ranger Raptor in March of this year. Simply put Brian Camp and the team did a great job - Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I put my deposit down at the end of December’25 for an Avalanche 2026 RR with an expected build date in late February ‘26. Brian and his crew kept me apprised of the build schedule and the truck arrived on schedule March 19 and I picked up on the 22nd. Truck was in great shape and Brian took the time to walk me thru the basics. The most impressive aspect of the process was the vehicle was placed inadvertently in an online ad at a discount, a significant one and the team honored the discount for below MSRP which says a lot about the integrity and character of the sales management team at the dealership. Though I intend on keeping this rig until….I can absolutely recommend them for any ford vehicle you may be in the market to purchase. THANKS 😊”
