“Spent a weekend looking for a specific car for my dad. Finally found it at Dinsmore auto group. My dad was able to reach out to Elena Artugue to have it ready for the test drive. We got there right before closing. With smooth help from Sam Orr my dad was able to get the car he wanted. They stayed late to make sure he was able to dive off with his car same day. “Found a nice F150 at Marketplace Auto online and went to look at it right before Christmas. It checked most all the boxes for me but When i found a mechanical issue wrong with it they ended up pulling it in the shop after I left and took care of it along with a new fuel pump just to make sure it was good to go. They did this even though I hadn’t said I would buy it yet. Their salesman Nick kept in touch and set up another appointment after Christmas when he worked with us and sold us our new Truck. “My wife and I happened to drive by the dealership and saw two vehicles of interest in the lot. Neither met the power I was looking for. Ray the salesman told me about a Escalade that just came in the met the engine criteria we were looking for. After viewing Cadillac we decided to move forward in purchasing it. Ray answered questions we had. It was not a pressure sale but more like a friend talking to a friend. Jimmy the business manager was great also. No pressure but moved the deal forward in a very timely manner.
These folks are great to deal with and they are very selective in the vehicles they bring into the dealership. As far as the vehicle goes so good so far.
