“I just purchased my second vehicle from Tony in the last 3 years. Like the last vehicle, it had a minor mechanical issue which was discovered after all the 'as-is' paperwork was signed.. however, just as the last vehicle, they not only were happy the issue was discovered quickly, but they took care of it, free of charge, and even gave me a loaner car (which was nicer than the one I purchased). Friendly staff, great selection to chose from, low pressure sales, excellent customer service post-sale, and I even got a great hug out of the deal! Motors NW is the ONLY place I will ever go to purchase a used vehicle!”

I'd ask the dudes at the counter if they had any extra decals/stickers and I'd walk out with a lode of them. So glad this place is still going, great people. “I bought my srt 392 from expo auto 6 months ago, I did have to replace my water pump and thermostat, -900. and I had to get ride of 2 diagnostic p0456 and p0440 -880. Although tires and brakes are still new. Great experience from expo, average experience with buying a used mopar.”

“I was looking around for a replacement vehicle and I’m glad I bought my Buick from Vista Auto Sales. I visited 3 other local dealers and Vista was the best experience of them. They provide Autochecks for their vehicles, which is similar to CARFAX. It was a low pressure environment and with a knowledgeable team regarding their vehicles. On my first visit, they gave me space to inspect the vehicles and allowed me to test drive around town and the highway. They also suggested I look around other dealerships to compare their vehicles and joked that I would likely be back after visiting the competitors (they were right). After visiting 3 other dealerships, I was back at Vistas for a second test drive. They were already closing for the evening, but extended their hours to allow me another test run on the car. After the test drive, I decided to purchase the vehicle. The paperwork and closing process was smooth and efficient. I particularly like that they are familiar with USAA loans. Unlike a competing dealership (South Tacoma Auto) who I left right before visiting Vista that evening, Vista Auto Sales is familiar with serving service members. South Tacoma Auto apparently does not take USAA loans and implied that many other dealerships nearby would likely not accept USAA loans. They then offered to match the ratings USAA gave me so I can buy their vehicle using their loan. South Tacoma Auto’s shady nature led me to revisit Vista Auto Sales that same evening. Any dealership with a good business strategy would accept USAA loans (especially when you’re located right outside one of the largest military bases). If you happen to run into any of those other dealerships that claim they don’t accept USAA loans, leave immediately because they’re just trying to sell you their loans and rates. Visit Vista Auto Sales instead, because they seem to have integrity and have experience with serving their military community. It was also interesting to find that Vista Auto Sales has been in business since the 1960s!”

He worked closely with the mechanics and kept me updated throughout the process, which gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands. The repairs were done smoothly, exactly as promised.
Fast forward a year, I ran into an issue with the LoJack system and reached out to Kevin again. Despite the complexity of the problem, he had it resolved in about a week, showing the same level of dedication and professionalism as before.

“I was looking to purchase a car from this dlrship, the owner was more than willing to work with my budget,i literally test drove the car for 2+ hours no call or anything from the owner rushing me or anything like that so it was no pressure, we did the paperwork inside the office ,at that time i mentioned something about the vehicle that was bothering me, he had his mechanic look at it and (with no charge)he fixed it a few days after. “My parents car had been at the Tacoma Subaru for 3 weeks after their engine seized up from a faulty oil change by Jiffy Lube. I had hoped for more feedback from the service department as to what they found or didn’t find. That being said was the reason why I took off one star.
Jo, Will, Toshi and the manager walked us through the lease program patiently with my elderly mother who is losing her hearing and myself. Toshi was respectful, informed and if he didn’t know an answer to any of my many questions, honestly answered that he didn’t know the answer rather than guessing but that the manager would know.
I appreciate that they have a team to go over the features with mom one-on-one if she needs further assistance at a future date.
They worked with me to get a fair trade on my parents car and into a 2025 Outback, with Premium Coverage, which I am certain will save us money during and after the 36 month contract.
I will confidently suggest Toshi and Tacoma Subaru to my friends.”
