“My 2018 BMW X5 is used for long trips primarily. After 5 of these 3000 miles plus trips, it needed some serious TLC. The car had 2 door dings and a damage PPF in the front. The engine bay was also very dirty from the long trips. I had Diamond Detail address everything, my car came back as if it just rolled off showroom floor in 2018. Diamond Detail did a superb job.”

“My car maintenance automatic schedules said that I was due for oil change. I had programmed it wrong. When I got to jiffy lube and got into the bay we did all the light tests etc. And the attendant told me you're not due for another 2,000 mi., We will top off all your fluids and you can be on your way. No charge.
Any other company would have gone through the oil change and charged me a price I didn't need to pay for. Thank you for being honest. 💯”
“Jada in service I try to get every time I need anything done on my car. She’s incredibly friendly, gives prompt updates on the process and never tries to push services you don’t want. She’s also honest and will tell you if things are going to take a while. I recommend her to anyone needing service in the area.”

Hard Rain, slippery roads. My truck slid off the road and I needed ASAP views and photos to know where I needed to take my truck. I was tired. Stressed out. Losing my mind. They took care of me. An honest perspective from a Master Tech who needed a shop in a pinch because I dont have the time. This shop set us up in a heartbeat and took care of us. There was no BS. They heard what I needed. They set the appointment, and I was in and out for a reasonable price that didn't feel cut rate, and my wife's car is back in the road with no dealership drama or unnecessary waiting.
The owner is well spoken, and his staff are incredibly friendly.

“I had an issue with my 2011 f150 with a gauge light coming on( wrench 🔧) I have 200K on this truck. I knew stuff was coming. It turns out it’s a transmission failure. I called D&K auto and talked with Dan about the problem. He explained a ton of issues it could possibly be. Very knowledgeable guy. He came out and did an onsite( my place) diagnostic test, a couple hours later. Long story short. I need a new transmission. ( not a surprise)we went over things for close to two hours. All my options, what not. I’ll be thinking over all options the rest of the night. Make my decision tomorrow.
Without a doubt, Dan was awesome, and I felt very comfortable and confident talking with him. Now it’s finding the money to get er done.

“Just bought an 05 impreza that needed a vacuum check for leaks in the A/C system. The service was performed properly and determined no leaks were found. They added the required freon and detemined the a/c system was in working order. Added a dye to help determine any future leaks. The work was completed in less than 2 hrs and the price was fair. Will comeback in the future.”

“I took my jeep in because it was overheating and losing fluid, but I never found a leak in the radiator… I called and explained what was going on and they were able to get me in the next day. Come to find out it was a bit more complicated than that. After they took it apart, there was major engine damage. Jolene kept me informed of everything - prices, options, estimates. I ended up with a new engine. I am pretty much a regular here. I would never go anywhere else. Everyone I’ve dealt with is amazing. I’ve never had any issues with the work they’ve done. I highly recommend Meridian Family Auto.”

“Exceptional sevice. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Corey was kind, funny AND professional while taking care of the paper work and final delivery. Bodywork looks dead straight and the paint was a perfect match and smooth as glass! They even did a bit of trim repair unrelated to the original insurance claim. The clean up and detailing was great inside and out! My Toyota van hasn't looked this good in years!
