“I had been advised to change my timing belt by another mechanic/company but was alarmed by their quote. Through my housing development's group chat found that many homeowners recommended Maximum Performance. Maximum Performance changed my timing belt and even the outer belts they noticed it was worn and cracked. They only charged for the extra belts (no extra labor). Therefore the grand total was still very close to the original quote. They were courteous, professional and got the job done quickly.I will definitely go back there. I highly recommend them especially to other women. Women normally get taken advantage of when it comes to auto mechanics/maintenance.”

They also cleaned the interior which I did not expect. They found some trailer keys in it that I thought were long lost. This saved me money by not having to replace a lock. “Had my Tundra looked at regarding a bad rear axle that needed to be completely replaced. Melinda Was very helpful pricing out every part needed. She didn’t Overcharge on any of the parts. Very professional, and upfront with me which I appreciate very much. I was also impressed and very happy when I asked if it was possible to have my Flowmaster Series 10 muffler and exhaust installed and what the price would be. She ended up having the mechanic install it free of charge! Truck rides great now and the new exhaust sounds amazing. It’s like I have a new truck and I owe it All to Austin Pro Max. I highly recommend this shop to all!As I read through the comments, Mr. Ford has it ever crossed your mind that a surprise may not be a thing when you’re ripping some thing apart trying to diagnose it? Also when a place is as busy as this one because of treating customers like family and going the extra mile time and time again and do you not think schedules fill up or do you assume they should build a skyscraper off the side of the shop hire employees pay more taxes just to accommodate your car? Hardly worth a one star review and reading that was shameful especially when the company nor any of its employees did anything wrong. You are trying to affect the livelihood of an entire group of people and for what? Being a spoiled brat”

I called and got an appt same-day to change a burnt out tail light, thinking they’d have to take the whole bumper off to get at it (cause that’s what the DIY video showed) and it turned out to be a 2 minute fix with no “tearing apart” required. “I took my truck in for a regular oil change and air filter replacement. They got my vehicle in two mornings following my first phone call, and even finished my truck within a few hours of dropping it off.They make use of an online system that gives continuous updates on every single step of the process, and even include photos and videos of the whole process. It also allows the technicians to make specific comments on each step and give general comments on other things. It's incredibly helpful.Finally, I only encountered two people, but those I did encounter were incredibly friendly. The service was top notch.Overall, this was one of the best and seamless encounters I've ever had with an auto shop and places like this deserve as much attention and love as they can get.I couldn't suggest this place more.”

Once there, they found out there was potential engine damage from the joy ride these thieves took my car on. They immediately got on the waiting list for a local mechanic to diagnose and got my car over there for inspection. Kept me updated along the way of the whole process. I started to wonder if work even being performed. I use my truck for my business and need it reliable. I cost me more to have it out of service than to pay for repairs. I was in and out in less than an hour without an appointment. They found 3 areas/seals where my oil was leaking, reset my engine light and fixed a faulty sensor for no extra charge. They diagnose the issues quickly and give a fair quote to repair.”

“We chartered three buses for a school trip from Kent, Washington to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. These buses were excellent, and the drivers were both friendly and professional. The buses were comfortable and even showed movies during the trip. There was lots of storage room in the compartments below, and surprisingly places to plug in computers and phones under the seats. Overall, we were really happy with this charter bus. It was also significantly less expensive than some other services we explored. I felt really safe with my driver. I would definitely recommend them, especially for school trips.”
