They are at new location and they aren’t no longer inside the mall. Also, the customer service was spot on and I really appreciate the young lady who helped me with exchanging my phone.

This location has shut down as of 2/12/24 but they haven't updated their listings. Customer service says we have to go inside to get our issue resolved but you can't call the store, and now they've closed. I'm so glad we switched to TMobile. The customer service is 100% better.

What is wrong with the Verizon help? Very unhelpful, this is the second store that I have bad service at! I'm going to start going to non Verizon authorized stores!

. I was expecting indifferent service and at least some wait time. I was wrong. Very good service and no wait. The person who helped me made sure all of my questions were answered and that I could comfortably use my new phone. The item I wanted was available. All in all a very satisfying visit

Really poor service. Inattentive staff that seemed more concerned about their own conversations than selling me a phone. Always loved verison but won’t go back to this store. Even saw 2 employees laughing about an old lady who was upset about a situation happening with her phone.

Verizon is always great. Their customer service on the phone is fantastic. Usually at the store we get great service and it wasn't at the person that helped us wasn't helping us. But it seemed like we were an inconvenience to her and there was nobody in the store so I'm not sure what the deal was with her. But that's the only thing I'm really. I felt like I shouldn't be in the store because I was bothering them and Verizon usually never gives me that feeling. I love Verizon. I've been with him for almost 20 years but maybe she was just having a bad day. So I still rate Verizon at 5:00 because most of staff is very criticus. Very friendly once in a while though. You know we all have bad days. You're supposed to check them at the door but sometimes that doesn't get done

This location is probably the worst, so uninviting and not friendly. I did not get much help. Sheri Ann (??) helped us and she was amazing but the other people were very weird and stood around stared at customers instead of helping them. An employee was even asked if they wanted to go home early as soon as they started helping me, like uhhh what

I came in the beginning of September to add a new line. That was it. I didn't want the disney bundle added as I already had it on my phone. I didn't need mobile protection. Nothing.Well, when I got my bill. I saw that the associate added the disney plus after I told him no, he also added mobile protection and few other things without even asking. Having to calling customer service is a pain of it's own. so now I had to spend a good hour having to wait, and talk to a CS rep to get all the things removed since it was never supposed to be on there in the first place.

The associate, Kirsey, was amazing!! She was extremely courteous and professional in helping myself and my wife with our upgrades. She sought out the best deals and options for us to save $$. It was a pleasure working with her.

Kudos to Jeff, was in and out there for 15 minutes. Really glad I spoke to him. I got the trade in value as expected, no BS sales pitch, got the box for return of old phone and left with my 14 pro with tempered glass already installed in it. Everything was a smooth and fast experience! Thank you!

We were treated like second class citizens they had nothing for my phone and no product whatsoever o was so upset with the service I got I don't ever want to go back they had ordered a phone for me and it was supposed to be next day we ordered it on Saturday so I expected it on Monday it never arrived Tuesday it never arrived finally it arrived on Wednesday they were supposed help me set it up they charged me for that and I never received a charger for my phone she'd told me I had to buy one I am not too pleased with Verizon

I’ve been a Verizon customer for 15 years and pay about $200 a month for services. I bought a $1400 phone and asked them to transfer the data. They told me they were going to Charge me $30. I said I wasn’t paying that and the salesman got irritated and upset with me. I called Verizon and they confirmed they transfer data for free. Something shady is going on in there.

We were looking for info to switch from one carrier to Verizon. But this lady give Us a very rude attitude. Either way there's always more and better sales online and/or phone.
