Great service. Lines can be long and in my opinion that should be expected since it's the only Comcast store in the area.

Long ridiculously line. The wait is frustrating when you wait for 20 min for something that ended up taking 3 min to handle. They really need a better system.

Xfinity raised my bill twice from 100.00 to 107 to 116.00. I call and ask hy his is and they tell m that's the current rate for internet. I told them that's not what we agreed on and xfinity in the beginning told me it would stay 100.00. The guy proceeds to tell me I can have slower internet for 10$ less. What a joke. For 75$ I can have the same plan at CenturyLink and plan on switching at the end of this month. Will never recommend this greedy, scam of a business

Modern well laid out brick and mortar store front well staffed with people ready to answer questions on all lines of service. You can pay bills, pick up or drop off equipment, shop for new phones or just interact with a human rather than an automated system.

This store specifically had pretty good customer service. As far as the actual internet land mobile service… they have a price than when we were at for T-Mobile, BUT the problem is their customer service especially on the chat SUCKS. I tried to port (transfer) my number from T-Mobile and I’ve spent 3-4 phone calls and multiple sessions / hours trying to resolve the issue on chat. They sent me 2 sims to fix the issue. Finally, some Filipino lady from a Philippines call center most likely helped me fix the issue after over a month of having this issue and I was charged from my previous carrier for obviously still utilizing the service. Their internet is also spotty.

I went in because of my cameras... and the GIRL WAS REALLY RUDE. she kept on making ugh sound every now and then. Then she went to the back forever. Since xfinity didn't have a restroom, I had to leave to use the restroom. The girl told me that once I came back, she would get me right after the customer she would be working on. She completely skipped over me... so I left! The guy likes to throw remotes into a box 10 ft away from it. Xfinity costumer service ALLLLL together, even on the phone, is the worst. Ib only had a few good ones.

Expect very long wait times whenever you show up. Once you are seen the staff is quick to help and resolve the issue or answer questions. They need to hire more people that deal with just the cell phone account migration since it seems that is what the bulk of their employees were working on during my visits.

Horrible, rude condensending service. Would not recommend going to this particular store. I will drive the extra time from now on and go to the one in Auburn.

Really good customer Service, often long waits, so come early, or makes an appointment. I've been happy every time I come in regardless of the subjects. Purchased 4 phones here personally.
