Very friendly helpful environment, first time setting anything up before. Helped with nothing But patience and understanding from worker Toph Demesmin. Went above and beyond to answer and help other concerns not just about the service they provide but other monthly comonidies aswell.

Torren Ward help me at the Xfinity store and I appreciated it. He added my watch to my existing account since I lost mine. It offered Insurance. I declined since it was an older Watch and I felt it wasn’t necessary anyone over my bill and showed me how to access it on the app and I appreciate it very much. Kerri Pishny

Although I canceled my Xfinity account, it was a quick in and out to drop off the modem. The service personnel were professional, friendly and fast.
