“No complaints about the room. It was exceptionally clean and neatly furnished. Was quiet and restful. No ice available however. The only issue was the management company. Once you make reservations, you can expect to be bombarded by endless emails and text messages every single day, and even after you check out. They sent multiple key codes to unlock the room, and none of them worked. They do have a back up lock box for a physical key, but even that you spend several minutes twiddling with the door lock until you finally figure out how to manipulate it correctly. Great rooms, great location but maddening management.”
