“Awesome customer service by Carter (I believe that was their name.), and I will definitely be a returning customer.
I had an issue with my car battery, it was about 5 years old and wasn’t able to produce enough power during near-freezing temps and I usually drive short distances so I couldn’t properly charge the battery enough to be confident that it would start. I had work the next day so I knew I needed a new battery ASAP and so I saw that AutoZone was the earliest opening auto parts shop around, and it was about an hour and a half till I needed to be at work so I called as soon as they opened at 8 a.m, and that’s when Carter had picked up! I was so happy to hear that somebody answered the phone even though they just opened like a few seconds ago, but anyways- Carter had told me they have the battery I was looking at in stock and I let them know I needed it within the next hour and they had said that they could have me in and out within that time, so I drove down there and I was met by Carter and another cashier at the door, Carter had the battery and tools in hand and immediately started working to replace my battery! They had found that the battery I was looking at was the wrong size for my car and so a replacement of the same battery in a bigger size was found and installed, they also had the same battery up at the register so that, while Carter was working on my car, the other cashier could ring me up so I could purchase the battery and be on my way. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and I am grateful for the amazing service provided to me. Thank you to Carter and the cashier who helped me out, the battery is working great!”

“I have been using Oreilly for decades and I want to say that the customer service I received Saturday night by Chris and Emily was outstanding! It was a late last minute request from another store and the way it all was coordinated and played out couldn’t have been a smoother transaction. Emily took the call from the Elma store and had the alternator waiting when I got there. She was extremely welcoming, patient and understanding of the urgency of my situation.
I needed a battery also and not just any battery since it’s a custom application, Chris took the time to make sure I got the battery that I needed and would work the best for my application. He lent me a tape measure and was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful! Especially late night on Memorial Day weekend. Great team work altogether this past Saturday night!

“Regardless of the reviews here, they have some very kind men working here. I tried to do a DIY today in the parking lot and it wasn’t going well. The sweet men from this shop stopped to help me and even gave me a jump when I killed my battery. They didn’t end up leaving until 20 minutes after their shift.
