My car battery died completely about a block away from Cut Rate Auto, she walked past and saw me standing there with my hood open and offered to help me (for some context I’m a 20-something female). She went above and beyond to help me! She tested my battery, realized it was shot and suggested I buy a new battery. After walking with her to Cut Rate to buy a new battery she walked back with me and replaced it for me! She’s was seriously an angel!”

“I stopped in for an estimate and the owner took time to look over my project. He was honest and knowledgeable. When I left, my classic car stalled 50 ft from the shop. The owner of the shop gladly helped me get my car started. He loaned me some tools and the put a volt tester on the car to make sure I would make it home. He saved me 400 dollars that I was quoted by a tow company. There are still good people out there. Thanks again AFC”

“Staff is always great. From installing new windshield wipers to trouble shooting. Checked my oil. Filled it checked again 2 times to be sure. Then without being asked checked the coolant and inspected general condition of the engine.
