“I could not be happier with the customer service I received from the two ladies working here. I came in to ship my step fathers personal effects, and his ashes to his children after my mom passed away. They were such a huge help in getting my items boxed up and shipped off to the correct address. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I left there feeling very thankful for them. And having a Crumbl next door so I could eat my feelings afterwards certainly helped.”

“Package delivered to store on Monday Dec 16, but tracking shows they haven't received it. I know you are busy but 5+ days to get it started?? Also phone full for 2 days when I first noticed the mess I'm in. When I finally made contact they were friendly but couldn't find the package. Will look though.......Merry Christmas.....”
