“The downtown Kirkland location is by far the best one! Whenever I call, they are quick to transfer me to the right person. They have at least one teller in the front, two experienced loan officers and two more account-related people at their desks. While doing a loan application, Peter (the manager) was very knowledgeable and honest. If he is out, there is another loan officer, Melissa, who is always willing to help and answer all questions. Overall, we felt like we were in good hands.”

“The 5 stars are for Olivia Killingsworth. I was worried about coming in because nearly every BOA that's not an ATM has dismal reviews averaging 2.5 stars or less. However, Olivia made the entire closing account process quick and painless. I was impressed not only with how much she was running around to get everything done (being the only available staff member on the floor) but she was incredibly down-to-earth; I felt like I was sitting with her at a coffee shop or something that speaks of a relaxed atmosphere; she was professional AND vibrant. Anyways, I'm SUPER grateful for her and the fact that she gave me the kind of closing any customer would wish for was indeed something to be grateful for. I'm pleased that her name is on my closing receipt. Someone give his woman a promotion. PS: I don't know the lady who helped me before Olivia but she was pleasant as well. Great job, ladies.”

“I go into this bank about once a week and I have never had a bad experience. I enjoy everyone who works there and they are all very nice. I also had to open a new savings account about two months ago and it took only 10-15 minutes to open it. I love this bank. For me it's not only convenient, the tellers are also so helpful. “I stopped into the Kirkland branch to make some changes to our accounts due to an estate plan that we have. The estate plan required FDPOA and other documents to filed to meet the requirement of the estate plan. The process did take some time work through as there were several steps that needed to be completed. Othellon worked diligently and professionally to make sure that all of the documents and requirements were accurately followed. He was very personable and had an interest in making sure that we were satisfied that our goals and expectations were met.
