“The manager of this bank went above and beyond to help me with a banking problem that I could never explain in a short review. It was a problem that was caused by Scientology. Going clear will clear out your bank account. I nearly lost the ability to have a bank account. I didn't know it was Scientology. It was a front group. Luckily I opened a joint account here for my dancer girlfriend and forgot about it, after our breakup. The manager was able to restore my account. Hard to say when my credit will be restored. It would have been impossible without a bank account.”

“Preapproved for a loan they said they could do, but turns out they couldn’t do - they told me to take it with the out of state lender and then go with them, promising I would get the same rate I was approved for. I did that and then when it came time to transfer the loan they told me the rate is now 2% higher because my credit dropped from using the other lender - they wouldn’t honor the original rate despite telling me they would. To make matters worse they won’t remove the credit pull after messing all of this up. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Edit: someone from management reached out to me and made the situation right, I appreciate them doing that.”

There was a line, but one of the managers came and helped out--again, pleasant and helpful. Thank you for the kind of customer service that we always get from Chase. In this world of rapidly declining customer service in every industry, it is a breath of fresh air when you run across people who are competent and who care. “It’s my first time opening a credit card in person, since the one time I’ve done it in the past I did it online, so I was unsure of what to do. The teller Sasha was super helpful and sweet! I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The bank is also very clean and quiet. I didn’t have to wait in line even though it’s 11am on a Saturday, and although the bankers were busy, it was quick and easy to set up an appointment (tons of availability!).”

“This Bank of America has two ATMS in the vestibule that can distribute in 10s, 20s, and 50s. There's also a large waiting area in the middle of the bank with chairs and couches that makes the whole place feel a lot cozier than it could otherwise! We stopped in to grab some small bills for tipping. Charishma was helpful and friendly, and didn't give us grief about the large number of ones and fives we came in for! The one (and only issue we've had here in the past is that even after we got my name changed on our account, they still kept our BoA under my maiden name, even after insisting a new one was on its way, the new one arrived still under my maiden name. It's not an issue so far, but it is odd.”
