“THANK YOU MEG. PI came in today because I had arranged babysitting for a family over Facebook messenger, this family sent me check to deposit instead of normal payment like Venmo or Zelle. I was extremely unsure about depositing this check so I came into this BECU to speak with someone and get some advice. I got connected with EXTREMELY KIND, AND EMPATHETIC MEG. P. This lady is an Angel and didn't make me feel stupid at all for almost falling for this scam. Instead she kindly explained to me how these scams work and gave me the reassurance I needed. “The manager of this bank went above and beyond to help me with a banking problem that I could never explain in a short review. It was a problem that was caused by Scientology. Going clear will clear out your bank account. I nearly lost the ability to have a bank account. I didn't know it was Scientology. It was a front group. Luckily I opened a joint account here for my dancer girlfriend and forgot about it, after our breakup. The manager was able to restore my account. Hard to say when my credit will be restored. It would have been impossible without a bank account.”

“What a great experience I had today at WaFd Bank. (Yes a little confusing still because I think they are in the middle of a name change. The original company name was Washington Federal.) I went into the branch today to open a new checking account. Their checking account has some really cool features I haven't seen at other banks. With their Green checking account you get discount movie tickets, coupons for travel, a credit check service and best of all mobile phone insurance. I used to have AT&T mobile phone insurance that costs $15 a month. With WaFd Bank's green checking account I can get that for $7 a month plus all this other stuff. I had no idea, definitely a well kept secret. Anytime we can help local companies vs the large conglomerate like AT&T, sign me up. Keep up the great work WaFd Bank!”

“In preparation for our upcoming trip to England and Italy, we needed some GBPs and Euros. We do not have a checking or savings account at BofA, but are credit card holders. I brought in cash to exchange for foreign currency which is a little more difficult for the Bank than if we had a checking or savings account. Haden Rainey went out of his way to help with the transaction. He is truly a great example of customer service. He explained the process and set expectations for when the foreign currency would be available for pick up. I appreciate BofA and especially Haden for helping us.”

“This Bank of America has two ATMS in the vestibule that can distribute in 10s, 20s, and 50s. There's also a large waiting area in the middle of the bank with chairs and couches that makes the whole place feel a lot cozier than it could otherwise! We stopped in to grab some small bills for tipping. Charishma was helpful and friendly, and didn't give us grief about the large number of ones and fives we came in for! The one (and only issue we've had here in the past is that even after we got my name changed on our account, they still kept our BoA under my maiden name, even after insisting a new one was on its way, the new one arrived still under my maiden name. It's not an issue so far, but it is odd.”
