Great experience here! They helped us filled out some paperwork for our bank account and were super professional. There were a few employees out the day we went but Mr.Craig is a one-man army. Muchas gracias!!

Not sure what the other reviewers here have seen, but every time I go to this bank, the staff seems unhappy and like it's a burden to help you. They get annoyed with questions as well. Lastly, the online banking system is very outdated.

The staff are kind, friendly, and always ready to help when you walk in. They have free coffee and occasionally snacks. I have enjoyed being a customer at this bank very much. They never try to sell me anything or take up too much of my time. Really nice people!
